Crocus serotinus - Autumn flowering crocus
Castellano: Azafrán serrano; Azafrán del sur
Small plant (about 3cm high) with a corm; leaves narrow about 3mm wide with
a pale central groove. Usually one flower, lilac to pink. Related to the saffron
crocus. On tops of hills or rocky hillsides 650-700m altitude.
