Linum narbonense Beautiful flax (Flax family)
This is a perrenial plant with a woody base and stiff, erect stems - 30-50cm
high. The leaves are lanceeolate (shaped like a lance); the flowers are on short
stalks, azure blue (the depth of colour varies) about 3cm in diameter.
Flower: April-July
