Barlia robertiana - Giant Orchid
Large (20-60cm tall, leaves, 10-15cm, sometimes 25cm long) Flower spike up
to 15cm with 25-45 purple pink flowers. Found throughout the Mediterranean
region, but in the Comunidad Valenciana it seems to be restricted to the
coastal areas of Las Marinas. Rarely found, but locally abundant. Flowers
from February to May.
